We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our growing team at TechCorp Solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in assigned territories and building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals

Requirements:

- 2-4 years of experience in field sales or B2B sales
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
